Rick Karsdorp is looking to make his long-awaited return following three difficult months during which the fullback and his entourage considered leaving the Italian capital as a result of the tension between the Dutchman and Mourinho.

As announced by the player’s agent, Johan Henkes, in a recent interview with Telegraaf, Jose Mourinho and Karsdorp are back on good terms and ready to work together for the remainder of the season.

“They continued to work together professionally. These types of situations occur in high-level sport, even if people disagree with each other about an issue,” Henkes remarked.

“We discussed everything in detail recently, Rick and the coach have also talked to each other several times and both are confident that they can finish the season strong.”

“This week he got back in shape and is available for the upcoming games. He wants to fight again with his teammates on the field and for the club.”
