There is still no clear answer as to the condition of Kevin Danso’s health, with his presence on the pitch remaining uncertain for the next few weeks.

Danso’s playing status has been shrouded in mystery after he failed the routine medical examinations during his proposed transfer move from Lens to Roma, who ultimately canceled the deal.

According to Sky Sport Austria, the Lens defender will not be available for Sunday’s Ligue 1 match against Olympique Lyon.

The decision to exclude him comes as Lens continue to wait for the results of further medical tests, after Danso recently missed his national team commitments.

The player’s entourage told APA that they are closely monitoring the situation. At the moment, no precise details have been provided on the defender’s physical condition.

The new tests he underwent will serve to clarify the extent of the problem and establish recovery times.
