Kluivert: “I’m satisfied with the step I took in joining Roma”.

An interview with Roma attacker Justin Kluivert appeared in the latest issue of Dutch outlet Helden Magazine today.

The youngster discussed his move to the Giallorossi in the summer of 2018.

“My move away from Ajax? I wanted a new adventure. I certainly thought about it a lot. When the possibility of Roma became concrete and they wanted to pay the transfer fee being requested, which was €17.5 million, it showed how much they wanted me,” said Kluivert.

“I thought that Roma would be a great step for me, so I’m satisfied”.

“Do I regret leaving Ajax so early? It would’ve been nice to play in the Champions League semifinal with them, but you make choices in life”.

”I’m proud of the big step I decided to take,” he concluded.
