Lazio manager Igor Tudor previewed his first Derby della Capitale in charge of the Biancocelesti.
The recently appointed head coach spoke to the media during today’s pre-match press conference.
“Tomorrow we will have to be good, accurate and focused,” said Tudor. “We must keep our wits and play as hard as possible.”
“The derby should be experienced with a sort of fiery energy that sets it apart from other games, with the right antagonism, but with respect for the opponents, for the game and for football.”
“It’s a very interesting Roma that we’ll be facing, different from the previous one, with the right ideas for the players that are there. There is quality in their game, De Rossi did a good job. It will be very difficult.”
“I think it will be a good show with both teams wanting to play in possession. I hope that people come and have fun, and that we win.”
“I thank De Rossi for his words, I know him as a footballer, I have always liked his way of doing things, his attitude, he has the right values. I don’t know him well but they seem like the right values to me. He has just started his career and it’s a good start.”
