The Biancocelesti are still dealing with Ciro Immobile’s questionable status as the Italian striker continues to push his recovery in time for the derby.
Despite medical tests highlighting an underlying injury in his hamstring, Immobile wants to be at Maurizio Sarri’s disposal for Sunday.
According to Il Tempo, a final decision for the 31-year-old will be taken tomorrow. It is more probably for Immobile to fully recover for the match against Juventus on 13 November before the international break.
