Lazio defender Alessio Romagnoli reacted to the 0-0 draw in the Derby della Capitale.

At full-time, Romagnoli spoke to DAZN and discussed his main takeaways from the match tonight.

“Tonight’s point is very important. Had we won we would have made a good step forward. But when you can’t win, it’s better to keep this point and continue onwards. Now we will have a break, let’s recover during the international break.”

“Roma started better than us in the first minutes and had several chances. We tried to do well, but we got tired in the second half,” he added.

“Tonight was a dream for me. It’s always a dream come true to play the derby. A draw is better than a loss,” he concluded.
