Lazio may have to face Roma in the heated Derby della Capitale without one of their main attackers.
Mattia Zaccagni, in fact, is doubtful for Sunday and currently unlikely to recover in time after suffering a heavy knock and a sprained knee in Lazio’s recent win over Feyenoord.
According to Il Messaggero, Maurizio Sarri will not risk Zaccagni.
Instead, the Italian technician is hoping to at least recover Luis Alberto who also remains questionable after going down with cramps on Tuesday night.
