Lecce are planning to advance a concrete proposal for Roma midfielder Edoardo Bove ahead of the January window.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Bove is being closely monitored by Lecce who consider him a fitting reinforcement for Marco Baroni’s side after a difficult start of the season.
The team from Puglia have approached Roma with a loan proposal until the end of the season. The 20-year-old – who has struggled to earn any significant minutes from Jose Mourinho – is likely to consider this offer as the Giallorossi hope to reintegrate Gini Wijnaldum back with the first team, further limiting Bove’s chances of starting for Mourinho’s team.
