Lecce defender Federico Baschirotto discussed the challenge that awaits him tonight as he is tasked with stopping Roma’s Romelu Lukaku.
In his pre-match interview with DAZN, Baschirotto spoke with respect about tonight’s opponent and what this challenge entails for Lecce’s defense.
“We can stop him by playing with the maximum level of focus,” said Baschirotto of Lukaku.
“He’s a very high-quality striker, and you cannot give him any space at all, otherwise he will punish you the first chance he gets,” added the Lecce skipper.
