Lecce manager Marco Baroni embraced the challenge of facing Roma in a packed Stadio Olimpico minutes before kick-off in his pre-match interview with DAZN.
“These are the games that everyone wants to play. We live for games like tonight,” Baroni said.
“We have a young team that is also gaining experience. It is a difficult game, but we have to play with energy and focus.”
Baroni also addressed Samuel Umtiti’s debut for Lecce, “Samuel worked with great humility, it was only right for him to debut tonight in such an impressive place.”
