Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers commented his side’s approach to the upcoming Conference League fixture against Roma after the Foxes drew 0-0 with Aston Villa this weekend.
“Many of the players we saw against Aston Villa will be lined up against Roma,” he explained to LCFC TV.
“In the midfield we don’t have much choice, this is the reality of the situation. My players showed a spirit of adaptation and great professionalism.”
He added, “Ricardo Pereira is getting back in shape, he will be fresh and ready for Thursday against Roma.”
“This year we saw little of Vardy, but now he’s back and hopefully he can make his contribution until the end of the season.”
