Leicester City defender James Justin expects next weeks second leg against Roma in the Conference League semifinal to be incredibly tight.
The two sides drew 1-1 last night at the King Power Stadium and will fight for a chance to secure their place in the final when they meet Thursday evening at the Stadio Olimpico.
“It was a great atmosphere, and the fans definitely brought a lot to the game and got behind us for the full 90 minutes,” he told LCFC TV.
“It just shows how tight this is going to be. We’ll take it to their place and hopefully we can get the victory.”
“It’s credit to the fans because they never dropped on us, and we just knew that we still had 150 minutes or whatever it was of football left to play over the tie. So, we just had to knuckle down, keep dominating, pass the ball well and the performance will turn into a result eventually.”
Adding, “You know what you’re going to get with his (José Mourinho’s) side. They’re going to be compact and going to know how to defend, but also, they’re going to hit us on the counter and they almost did once or twice.”
“You need to be wary about that but I felt if we can put a performance like that in again next week, we’ve got a chance.”
“It’s going to be an amazing atmosphere like tonight was, and hopefully our fans can travel well and give us the support we need to win.”
