The status of Leicester City duo Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and James Maddison for this week’s return leg against Roma is in doubt.
The midfield duo missed out on Sunday’s league defeat to Tottenham and it remains to be seen if they’ll take part in Thursday’s face-off against the Giallorossi.
Following his team’s loss to Antonio Conte’s side, Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers gave an update on the pair.
“There’s a doubt on Kiernan with his calf, so we’ll see how he is over the next couple of days,” said the Northern Irishman to the club’s website.
“He’s getting treatment with that and then there’s Maddison with his hip. He’s had a hip problem so that what’s kept those two out—they’re receiving treatment back at the training ground.”
Dewsbury-Hall and Maddison started in last week’s 1-1 draw in the first leg against the capital club at King Power Stadium—creating a potential selection headache if the pair are unfit.
