Leonardo Spinazzola is ready to move on from Roma.

The Italian fullback is shortly expected to become a free agent.

After 5 years in the Italian capital, Spinazzola is eager to move elsewhere in Italy, his preferred choice after rejecting offers from Saudi.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Napoli represent a real possibility for the 31-year-old.

In fact, the newspaper reports that Napoli sporting director Giovanni Manna is involved in talks with Spinazzola’s agent, Davide Lippi.

The two are discussing the terms of a free transfer and Spinazzola’s salary demands.

The player’s contract with Roma will expire on June 30th and the Giallorossi have no intention of renewing it.

In his last season with Roma he made 36 appearances between the league (24, one goal and 2 assists) and Coppa Italia and Europa League (2 assists).
