As the excitement for Roma’s official announcement regarding the signing of Paulo Dybala continues to grow, Sky Sport reported Leonardo Spinazzola’s comments with regards to the Argentine’s decision to join the Giallorossi.
The Italian sports outlet claims that Spinazzola – who was teammates with Dybala during his brief stint at Juventus – was overheard jokingly saying to General Manager Tiago Pinto, “He only came here because I was here in the first place.”
Roma are processing Dybala’s contract and an official announcement is expected in the coming hours, with the 28-year-old giving his first interview as a Roma player.
