Leonardo Spinazzola has reportedly worked non-stop following his recovery from a quadriceps injury in order to be at his best in the New Year.
The player is now on holiday in Dubai, switching from individual training to training with Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini and Gianluca Mancini.
The Italian fullback – who made 16 club appearances so far this season before going down with an injury in October – is fully aware of the fact that his performances haven’t been up to par with the initial promise he’d made to Jose Mourinho, reports Corriere della Sera.
The Special One relies on Spinazzola’s experience and quality, but expects more from him in the New Year.
