Leonardo Spinazzola discussed the importance of having Jose Mourinho as head coach of the Giallorossi.
In a recent interview with Star Casino, Spinazzola commented that, “We needed someone like him from a personality point of view. He’s different than everybody else, he motivates us.”
“In terms of managing the dressing room or in training he’s quiet and reserved, but when he wants to be heard he makes himself understood loud and clear. He makes you understand when and why you’re making a mistake.”
