Despite sustaining an injury during last night’s loss to Atalanta, Lorenzo Pellegrini was present earlier today at Italy’s training camp in Coverciano under the watchful eye of technician Roberto Mancini.
According to Italian media, the Roma captain completed individual training earlier this afternoon, hinting at the light severity of the injury.
Italy’s medical staff are expected to determine the midfielder’s condition within tomorrow and decide whether Pellegrini shall stay and continue to work with the rest of the team ahead of Italy’s Nations League engagements or return to the Italian capital.
