Jose Mourinho will finally be able to rely on his captain, Lorenzo Pellegrini, in the upcoming series of friendlies in Portugal.
Pellegrini was present in today’s group training drills and regularly took part in them, hinting at a complete recovery from a flexor injury that had caused him to forfeit the last two games before the break.
The Roma captain is expected to feature in Roma’s first friendly in Algarve with Cadiz, followed by Casa Pia and Waalwijk before the team’s return to the capital.
