Lorenzo Pellegrini will not be able to feature in Roma’s upcoming Europa League fixture.
After the knee injury sustained in the match against Genoa, this morning the Giallorossi captain Lorenzo Pellegrini underwent instrumental checks at the Campus Bio Medico to assess the extent of the problem.
The tests carried out by the midfielder revealed only a slight strain of the right collateral ligament.
The number 7 will most likely miss the away match against AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League scheduled for next Thursday and will try to recover for the match against Udinese, scheduled for Sunday 26 January at 3:00 p.m.
