Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini briefly addressed the club’s second consecutive preseason training camp in Portugal following the Giallorossi’s 1-1 draw with Nice.
“We’re working hard, and I think it can happen to lose focus from time to time, lose drive or strength at this stage,” Pellegrini told the club’s official channels.
“But overall I think we’re very happy,” he added.
“We came here last year as well, we did a lot of good work and what I think is most important is to get on the right foot.”
Roma conclude their preseason training camp in Portugal tonight and return for more group training to be carried out in the Italian capital.
