As reported by Sky Sport, Pellegrini has been ruled put for today’s Serie A fixture as a result of flu symptoms.
The Italian midfielder has a high fever which he has been unable to get rid of throughout the day.
As a result, Jose Mourinho will have to find an alternative solution for Roma’s starting line-up.
