Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini is making progress in his recovery.
The Italian midfielder was recently ruled out for the midweek Europa League fixture with Athletic Club after suffering a knee contusion in the match against Udinese.
In recent days, Pellegrini was forced to train individually as he continued his recovery.
According to Corriere dello Sport, however, Pellegrini is set to make his return to the team’s group training ahead of the Venezia clash on Sunday.
