Former Roma and Bayern Munich attacker Luca Toni discussed Romelu Lukaku’s impact on the Giallorossi.
Following Lukaku’s first goal for the capital club on Sunday, Toni praised the Belgian striker’s quality in an interview with DAZN.
“He was coming off a difficult period where he wasn’t really himself,” commented Toni. “But, let’s not forget that he’s one of the best strikers in the world.”
“He allows you play long balls forward and helps the team move up the pitch,” he added. “Lukaku gives you depth and scores plenty of goals, he’s a great player.”
