Italy technical commissioner Luciano Spalletti gave an interview to Il Messaggero, in view of the next Nations League match against Germany, scheduled for March.
The Italian coach touched on several topics, including the one related to the seasonal difficulties of Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini.
Spalletti does not rule out that the Giallorossi number 7 could still find space in the next call-ups.
“Pellegrini is another one we are waiting for,” he said.
“Lorenzo has personality, the touch of the ball, the vision of the game. He must find the best physical condition.”
