Current Napoli manager and former Roma boss Luciano Spalletti was asked to preview the teams in the race for this year’s Scudetto, taking into account the various decisions made in this transfer window.
“Besides Milan, Inter and Juve, Roma and Fiorentina have also joined the race,” Spalletti told Corriere dello Sport.
“Both teams have reinforced themselves significantly in this window,” he added.
With regards to Napoli, he said, “We’ll make our way knowing that this will be a challenging season for everyone. Games are played on the pitch, not outside. Let’s see, and in the meantime, there’s still plenty of time for more transfers to be made.”
