Former Roma Primavera player Luigi Cherubini will be joining Serie B side Frosinone.
Cherubini’s contract with the Giallorossi was not renewed and thus the youth player became a free agent on June 30th.
As reported by Gazzetta Regionale, Cherubini is one step away from becoming a new member of Frosinone.
Earlier in the week, the player was linked with Mantova.
In January, Cherubini had been on the verge of moving to Juventus but knee surgery put a dent in his plans and the 20-year-old is now headed to Serie B.
