Romelu Lukaku has achieved yet another personal milestone for his career years in Serie A.

The Roma attacker – who is on loan in the Italian capital until the end of the season from Chelsea – was handed a special recognition by Foreign Press Association.

Like every year since 1991, the best athletes of 2023 were awarded in Italy by the Foreign Press Association.

Foreign journalists who are accredited in our country have assigned votes to those figures who have distinguished themselves within the sporting landscape of the country.

The ‘Foreign Athlete in Italy Award’ went to Romelu Lukaku, the former Inter striker currently at Roma: the Belgian was recognized for “his ability to score goals and his physical strength.”
