Maitland-Niles & Kumbulla to start in weekend fixture vs Genoa

Roma enter the second half to the season after three consecutive wins and get ready to face Genoa in the weekend.

Jose Mourinho is not expected to make any significant changes to the starting line-up with the exception of Lorenzo Pellegrini who is likely to start off the bench given Roma’s upcoming showdown vs Inter in the Coppa Italia, reports Corriere della Sera.

Against Genoa, Mourinho is expected to give a chance to Ainsley Maitland-Niles on the left flank due to Matías Viña’s recent trip to South America with his national team.

Furthermore, Kumbulla could start ahead of Roger Ibañez in a 3-5-2 formation alongside Chris Smalling and Gianluca Mancini.

Tammy Abraham and Nicolo Zaniolo will lead the attack once again.
