Roma are seriously tempted to make a move for Man City midfielder Kalvin Phillips.

The player has been excluded from Pep Guardiola’s plans and the disastrous loan at West Ham seems to have decreased his value even further.

According to Corriere della Sera, Phillips is a concrete target for the Giallorossi who are looking for a player with his qualities.

Daniele De Rossi has specifically requested a defensive midfielder with box-to-box abilities and lots of hunger which Phillips seems to have after barely getting any minutes in last season and missing out on England’s Euros squad.

The Italian newspaper claims that Man City would readily accept offers of 20-25 million euros for the midfielder who is also being tracked by Fulham.
