Marash Kumbulla anticipates return to capital to be at Mourinho’s disposal

Despite being free to enjoy one more week of vacation due to the engagements he held with the Albanian national team after Roma’s season came to an end, Marash Kumbulla is already back at Trigoria with the rest of his teammates.

The defender personally chose to be present on the first day of preseason, thus anticipating his return from vacation and being at Mourinho’s disposal from day one, reports Corriere dello Sport.

Similarly, Edoardo Bove and Nicola Zalewski made the same decision following a brief break after their respective international engagements with and Italy and Poland.

Neither Kumbulla nor the club are thinking of parting ways anytime soon despite the interest of several Italian clubs including Torino.

Mourinho appreciates the 22-year-old’s versatility and character and plans on utilizing him more this coming season.
