Roma defender Marash Kumbulla is making progress in his recovery from a long-term knee injury suffered in the spring.
The Albanian centreback went down with an ACL tear in the final weeks of last season.
Seven and a half months later, Kumbulla is reportedly ready to make his return to the pitch.
According to Il Tempo, it is now a matter of weeks before Kumbulla is integrated with Roma’s Primavera team in order to get back to match fitness levels.
His return to the first team is expected to take place within the end of this year or January 2024.
