Marash Kumbulla is on his way to Spain as Roma are finalizing his transfer to Espanyol.
Despite taking part in Roma’s preseason, the Albanian centreback will not be included in the club’s plans for this upcoming season.
Instead, Roma have found a temporary solution for the defender who is in need of consistent playing time after suffering an ACL injury last year.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Roma and Espanyol have agreed on a loan deal for Kumbulla.
Final details have been sorted today with Kumbulla ready to travel to Spain with immediate effect.
