Marash Kumbulla’s agent: “It’s been a very positive season for him.”

Marash Kumbulla’s agent, Gianni Vitali, discussed the youngster’s first half season in the Italian capital with Roma.

The Albanian international joined the Giallorossi last summer on a permanent deal from Hellas Verona, whom he joined as a youth prospect in 2008.

“His season has been extremely positive,” said Vitali to Napoli-based radio station Radio Marte.

“Roma is an ambitious environment, it’s a difficult place to play – much like Napoli. The goal for him is to continue to improve on a daily basis. The principles that are asked of him from a tactical aspect at Roma are much different than what they were at Verona.”

He continued, “It will be an interesting match on Sunday. Roma were near the top of the table practically the entire season while Napoli are getting over their negative spell.”
