Marcos Leonardo is intent on completing his long-awaited move to Roma.

The Brazilian forward has been pushing for the transfer to go through despite Santos standing in the way of the deal’s completion.

Whispers from Brazil claims that Leonardo will not play or train for Santos as long as the club refuse to fulfill his transfer request.

According to TNT Sports, Roma have reignited talks with Santos in order to find the definite agreement that will unlock the deal.

Leonardo is now reportedly more likely to join Roma as Santos want to avoid making a financial loss on a player that has been so outspoken about leaving.
