Roma beat Sassuolo 3-0 thanks in part to Mario Hermoso who scored the opening goal.
The Spanish defender spoke to Sky Sport after the game.
“The disappointment in Manchester? When these things happen that you can’t win, football doesn’t leave you thinking. The team wants to win, to stay at the top. For us, it was too important, and we did it.”
“The coach prepares you physically, on the pitch, to find these situations. We go there to make a nice pass or a shot on goal. We continue to work in the same way we work on defense. We do the same to help the attackers score.”
