Marseille have re-entered discussions to potentially acquire Giallorossi midfielder William Vainqueur, reports Gianluca Di Marzio.
Vainqueur has not been in the plans of Roma manager Eusebio Di Francesco and was not even called for Roma’s tour in the United States. Vainqueur was keen on remaining with Marseille after his loan spell ended in June, but the two clubs couldn’t reach an agreement. Now, though, it appears Vainqueur may be able to return to Marseille and reunite with Rudi Garcia.
