Juve boss Massimiliano Allegri denied recent links to Alvaro Morata who has been rumored as one of Roma’s transfer targets.

During the final stages of Juventus pre-season training camp in Orlando, Florida, Allegri was asked about Morata potentially returning to the Bianconeri.

According to Tuttosport, Allegri replied, “I’m very attached to Alvaro, even emotionally, but Juventus have a competitive squad with four attackers on the roster, at the moment there would be no space for him.”

Italian media claim that Morata is Jose Mourinho’s preferred choice to replace injured Tammy Abraham at Roma.
