Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri sounded satisfied with his side’s narrow victory with Roma at the Allianz Stadium.
The Italian technician spoke to DAZN at full-time and praised Juve’s performance.
“In the first half we risked a lot, but the team was compact and united. They’re a difficult team as we expected, playing against Roma and Mourinho is never easy.”
“At the moment we are also quite well physically. We developed a good gameplan tonight. Every now and then we use too much space, we need to improve but the team did well. When you are afraid of conceding goals, you must defend the right way.”
“We’re at 43 points. That’s very good if we want to feel relaxed in order to finish strong and qualify for Champions League in May.”
