Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri sounded upset with the way things went in last night’s defeat at the Stadio Olimpico versus Roma.
The Italian technician spoke about the failed opportunities and the emotional impact the loss had on his players.
“We’re a bit fragile at this moment in time,” Allegri told Sky Sport after the game. “Some players were crying in the dressing room.”
“We knew today would be challenging for us. Roma hadn’t conceded a goal in 5 home games. They found the goal with Mancini from long-range. And that was it because after that we made key mistakes in several situations, even if we had some clear-cut chances.”
“Roma love to play this kind of game: wait for the favorable episode and that’s how it went. We just had to score and we could have done better in some situations.”
