Roma finally get their Spinazzola fill-in. After two weeks’ worth of negotiations, the Uruguayan left-back is headed to the Italian capital.
According to Sky Sport, the few obstacles that prevented the deal from being completed were tied to the percentage of the sale Palmeiras owed to Viña’s previous club, Nacional de Montevideo. However, all issues were resolved earlier today and the 23-year-old is ready to join Roma for around €13 million.
In fact, the player is expected to land tomorrow in the Italian capital, thus becoming the second player to be purchased in this transfer window and a much needed reinforcement for Mourinho’s squad.
