Matías Viña unlikely to feature in weekend derby

Matías Viña has been sidelined for the past three games due to a minor knee sprain that he sustained in training over a week ago.

The Uruguayan left-back, according to Sky Sport, was present at Trigoria earlier today but still worked through individual training.

Although Mourinho was hoping for a quicker recovery it looks like the Special One will have to rely on Riccardo Calafiori for the weekend derby against city rivals Lazio.

Viña along with Lorenzo Pellegrini are expected to be in the stands for Sunday’s match.
