Gianluca Di Marzio has released an update on the situation of transfer Patrik Schick.

The lunch in Montecarlo between the agents of the player and Roma’s Mauro Baldissoni and Monchi has ended. Roma presented an offer to the player’s entourage of €2 million per season for 5 years. They have also informed the agents of Schick that they already have an agreement in place with Sampdoria as they are hoping to avoid a bidding war with Inter, who remain the player’s priority.

The decision is now up to Schick. Last night, his agents met with Inter in Milano as the Nerazzurri increased their offer to the player and pondered raising their first year loan payment to Sampdoria to try and unlock the transfer. Both clubs have offered Sampdoria a loan with obligation to buy with installments spread out over a few years, and now it will be up to Schick to decide his destination.
