La Repubblica have revealed that a meeting is scheduled this weekend between Roma and the agent of Alessandro Florenzi to discuss the contract renewal of the player.
The situation as of now, though, appears to be stalled as Florenzi’s entourage is asking for wages worth €4 million (net) per season while Monchi remains firm at €3 million. The parties will try to bridge the gap because the will of Florenzi is to remain at Roma. However, Inter are interested and ready to offer the €4 million request of Florenzi should he fail to reach an agreement with the Giallorossi.
