Milan manager Stefano Pioli was not satisfied with his side sharing the point with Roma at Stadio Olimpico tonight.
In his post-match interview with DAZN, Pioli remarked, “We also dropped two points tonight so you could say that we’re all headed home just as an unhappy.”
“We didn’t play badly. We lacked the spark we needed to win,” he added. “We controlled the match, a pity we weren’t lucid in some situations. Roma never concede a goal at home, we tried to unlock the game and minute after minute it became more and more difficult.”
“Overall, it’s not the result we wanted,” Pioli concluded.
