Negotiations are on-going to secure Alessandro Florenzi’s permanent transfer to Milan after the fullback completed his third consecutive loan spell away from the Italian capital.
According to Sky Sport, there is still distance between what the Rossoneri are offering and Roma’s asking price for the 31-year-old.
The capital club’s initial buy option included in the loan deal amounted to €4.5 million. However, Milan continue to push to sign the Italian international for around €2.5 million.
Both clubs want the deal to go through and more developments are expected to take place within the next few days.
