Milan have reportedly suggested the idea of including attacker Junior Messias in a deal for Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Milan do not want to include an obligation in their loan proposal for Zaniolo, whereas Roma insist on making the transfer permanent.
As a result, the Rossoneri are thinking of proposing an additional player to lower Roma’s demands. Junior Messias is now considered expendable by Milan’s management.
Roma, however, have no intention of accepting loans nor counterparts for Nicolo Zaniolo. The capital club have made it clear to all clubs interested as well as the player’s agent: Zaniolo will be sold, preferably for a €35-40 million fee.
