Milan midfielder Tommaso Pobega lamented his side’s dropped points in the Rossoneri’s recent home outing against Roma.
Pobega, who scored his first goal for Milan on Sunday night, claimed Stefano Pioli’s men dominated the Giallorossi in what should have been a straightforward victory for them.
“Rather than wondering what happened, we immediately tried to analyze the final minutes of that match the next day,” Pobega told Sportmediaset. “We had a video session with the coach in which we studied what details could be improved.”
“That’s because all in all we dominated the game, and played very well. Perhaps we lost focus for a bit, and made some small mistakes that punished us and prevented us from celebrating.”
