Roma goal-keeper Mile Svilar discussed the impact of Daniele De Rossi in tonight’s win over Milan.

After defeating the Rossoneri 3-1 on aggregate and advancing to their fifth European semifinal in six years, Mile Svila commented on the Giallorossi’s achievement and sense of unity in the face of adversity as they played against Milan while being down to 10 men.

“At halftime De Rossi told us that he didn’t have any specific tactical advice. After that, he gave an incredible motivational speech and we went out and did an incredible job.”

“De Rossi’s renewal? I’m very happy for him and for the team. I am personally grateful to him for giving me this opportunity.”

“The season is still not over, there is a lot to play for and plenty of games ahead of us,” he concluded.
