Mile Svilar has earned his place in Roma’s starting line-up after spending the last year and a half on the bench as the Giallorossi’s back-up choice in goal.
Since Daniele De Rossi’s appointment, Svilar has been receiving consistent playing time and is now linked with a long-term stay at Roma.
According to Corriere dello Sport, in fact, Svilar is likely to remain at Roma beyond this season, becoming Roma’s first choice keeper for years to come despite the rumors of interest from abroad.
The newspaper states that Roma will certainly rediscuss Svilar’s current contract, extending its length and raising the player’s salary in the process.
